‘I Accept’ button, Carpool.in has right to make your data available to the other
members of Carpool.in or provide it to the database available with Carpool.in.
Safety :
It is a service (meet new people and contact them on this platform) provided to commuters
for their day to day need of transportation provided by Carpool.in. Carpool.in is nowhere liable for any cause happened by exchanging any information through
this platform, so Carpool.in recommend you to cross check all ifs & buts
before disclosing your information to any stranger. Even Carpool.in will
also take all precautionary measures for any such mishap. One should take full
responsibility before interacting with other commuter through Carpool.in.
Although Carpool.in have several checks / identification measures for
commuters safety. Following are some key points for commuters safety :
Ø One should not disclose actual work as well as home
address in first conversation.
Ø One should not disclose phone number(s) / e-mail
ID(s) in first conversation.
Ø One should meet / contact other member at public
place.
Ø One should provide all necessary data to Carpool.in with
whom their pooling is active & keep it handy for future reference. And also provide
these information to your friends as well as family.
Acceptable Use :
Carpool.in reserves the right to accept / reject any application / form. Carpool.in may delete / de-activate or change any member’s information without giving
any reason(s).
SMS Receiving :
One can avail SMS service by accepting it. Through this service you will be updated the
moment any member leave information which matches your need. It’s a chargeable
service. You will be charged by the service provider too (see the list of service
providers) the moment you receive SMS {charged on receiving SMS}.
How to find pool :
Ø Initially register yourself.
Ø Provide all necessary information required for
finding a match and for security purpose.
Ø Find your pool as per you requirement.
Ø Do not disclose your identity (e-mail ID, phone no.
or address) initially.
In initial conversation specify
your origin & destination place only and ask for response.
